NF

 Nathan John Feuerstein was born on March 30 1991. His initials NF (stylized IF) are an American rapper, singer , and songwriter. He has released two EPs on Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and [3and a self-titled EP released in 2014. Mansion was his first major label album. It came out on March 31st, 2015. His second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016, and peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard 200. The albums have been awarded numerous awards which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception, NF's 2017 album, made it to the top spot in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go", reached number twelve in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe and was a top ten single. Similar commercial success was achieved with The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was a way for him to escape during his childhood. He recorded songs on his karaoke machine. His raps were recorded with one microphone. On the 29th of November, 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. On August 2, 2011 the singer released his debut single "Alone". Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's writers and producers. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and was fascinated by his music. The 2nd of May, 2012, Feuerstein released his debut extended play I'm Free with the production of Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine songs , including "Alone". The EP featured an exclusive version with Sean Simmonds from "Alone". Xist had announced the release of the self-titled, extended plays, NF, but Feuerstein broke up with the label in the wake of a dispute, and production of NF was delayed. NF was accompanied by a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label’s compilation album, Move Vol 1 The single was released, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November, 2013. Profitt also made an appearance on the song. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.

He was born in Port St. Lucie, Florida and raised in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In 2008, he was signed to DJ Khaled's We the Best Music Group label.
