  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991) more popularly known as his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is a popular American artist, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. His stage name is a tribute to the name of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his idols, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. The mixtape was then followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut album on the studio included the hit song "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first Billboard 200 number one album. The next year, Scott released a collaborative album featuring Quavo entitled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the group name Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced the debut Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In the latter part of 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. After the single "Franchise" featuring Scott (featuring Young Thug) and M.I.A. were released, it was a top hit on the 200-page chart on Billboard. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the top spot within a mere decade in 2020.
